Dear Marilyn, Sharon & Jeanette:
So sorry to read about your mom. I know she had a good, long life but it is still hard to lose a parent. Its sad that almost all of the "parents" from our childhood are gone and we are now the parent generation - we're the grown ups! :) Spending the summers on the farm, I will never forget the times Aunt Lorraine and I would get to come visit at your house and we would get to play and hang out together. My two favorite families to visit were Ruth & George Wegehaupt when they lived on the corner (township) place and your house. I was always a little afraid of your dad but your mom was always so nice and just seemed like such a gentle lady (and she always had some good homemade treats to serve!) My thoughts, prayers and sympathy are with you all. I know you have the peace of knowing she is home with Jesus and together again with your dad. Would love to see you all again - Jeanette, maybe at a Hanson sports event again.
