Stickney – Aaron Michael Anthony, 29, went to his heavenly home Monday, October 14, 2024 at Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls.  Funeral service will be Tuesday, October 22 at 10:30 am at the Stickney Gymnasium in Stickney.  Visitation will be Monday, October 21 from 5 to 7 pm, with a 7:00 pm prayer service, at the Stickney Gymnasium in Stickney.

Aaron was born July 25, 1995 to Terry and Brenda (Rus) Anthony in Mitchell, SD.  He grew up in Stickney, SD where he graduated from Stickney High School in 2014.  He attended Mitchell Technical Institute in Mitchell before working for Trail King for 5 years.  For the past 6 years, Aaron worked for Steve’s Welding in Stickney.  He was a member of the Stickney Fire Department and loved to hang out with family and friends.

Grateful for having shared his life are his parents, Terry and Brenda Anthony of Stickney; 3 siblings:  Tyler (Allyson) Anthony of Stickney; Makenzie Anthony of Chamberlain, SD; and Bailey (fiancee Bailey Dykstra) Anthony of Stickney; and a niece, Arcadia Pease.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lerry and Roann Rus and Larry and Nancy Anthony.
